About Us

Welcome to Mind-Enrich Foundation, where our commitment to making a positive impact drives every aspect of our organization. Established with a profound sense of purpose, we operate as a non-profit corporation dedicated exclusively to charitable, religious, educational, and scientific endeavors. Our mission is not just a statement but a guiding force, as reflected in our Certificate of Incorporation.

As stewards of goodwill, we channel our efforts towards advancing the greater good by making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, embodying the spirit of giving and fostering positive change.

At Mind-Enrich Foundation, we adhere to a principle that sets us apart – no part of our net earnings shall benefit private individuals or members. Our focus lies in serving the community and promoting our core purposes. While we recognize the importance of compensation for services rendered, our dedication to transparency and integrity remains unwavering.

We proudly commit to steering clear of political entanglements, refraining from propaganda or attempts to influence legislation. Mind-Enrich Foundation is devoted to upholding the standards set for tax-exempt organizations, ensuring that our activities align with the regulations outlined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

In the event of our dissolution, our commitment to a lasting legacy continues. Assets will be distributed to one or more exempt purposes within the scope of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or, if necessary, to the federal government, state, or local government for public purposes. Any remaining assets will be disposed of by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction, exclusively for the advancement of our charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes.
